Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
It is essential to upgrade your equipment in order to maximize the potential of your gear. It lets you add extra bonus stats in addition to the value of your basic item.
Each upgrade template has an array of options that can be configured through the edition GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the chance to upgrade.
Upgrade components
The process for upgrading weapons, armor and other equipment in Cyberpunk 2077 was redesigned as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components are available all over Night City, and the item you wish to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. The game will show a preview of the expected stats for the item after upgrading. It will also show the component or material required. If you do not have the necessary level of component or resource to upgrade the item, then the button will say "Blocked."
Weapons and armor can be upgraded, as well as some trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on all of these are filled with different upgrades that provide attribute bonuses or other effects while the equipment is being used. These upgrades are available through crafting, bought from a seller, or looted or acquired as a reward.
There are two kinds: universal upgrades and gemstones. Universal upgrades are comparable to gems and are able to be used in any type of equipment. They offer a lower bonus than other upgrade components. These are easy to obtain because they are dropped by enemies and taken from loot bins across the globe. Gems are, however, can be obtained by disassembling objects or completing specific missions.
Upgrades can be removed and replaced with new ones within the slot of the weapon. However it will destroy any prior upgrades. Except for glyphs that can be inserted into gathering tools, all other upgrades cannot be salvaged or removed once they are placed in an item. Infusions can be put into legendary and upgraded equipment. Enhancements are only obtainable using a high-quality salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.
Recycled Items
During the two World Wars, the depletion of natural resources drove the world to recycle. Recycling things like aluminum, plastic and paper is commonplace. They are given a new purpose. In fact, recycling reduces energy consumption and helps prevent carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. Recycling is a great way to avoid landfills while also conserving natural resources. Nonetheless, it is important to understand what can be recycled and what cannot.
A common mistake that people make is putting the wrong things in the recycling bin. These items not only contaminate recycling equipment, but also cause contamination to the water. To avoid this, check the label and follow the guidelines of your recycling program. For instance cardboard shouldn't be mixed with tin or steel cans, and tissue needs to be put in the garbage. Plastic bags also tangle in recycling machines and should be taken to the grocery store to be reused. Other items to throw in the garbage include berry containers and food containers. The only exception to this rule is glass which can be used as a building material.

When you are shopping for new products it is important to look for the mark "Made with recycled content." This means that the item is made from recycled materials from other products that have already served their intended purpose. This makes them more environmentally green than new products composed of raw materials. Besides the fact that they are a lot cheaper than the original ones.
If it's your old phone, tablet or computer, you can recycle these objects by taking them to a recycling center. They will reuse the material to make new electronics and other useful items. You can even get money from these companies by donating old ones.
If you're looking to help your colleagues to recycle, consider standardizing the colors of bins and signage in your workplace. This will eliminate confusion and boost participation. Also, ensure that you have a designated area for all recyclables in your office, such as a centralized bin or a box in the break room.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens give you a second chance at rolling the dice for higher stats or more powerful abilities. They are available in the mistery boxes, as an uncommon drop from skulled creatures or bosses. additional resources removes one attribute point from damage, and randomly transforms it into a new attribute. You can also roll additional attributes on items, such as regeneration and speed.
The extras on an item increase with each level, however the amount they boost varies. The value of an additional is calculated as a percentage of the total stats for the item. Rerolling a token could alter this value. The value of recycling also grows as it gets upgraded. The value of the item's main stat increases by +3 each time it is upgraded, but the value of the extras will be different.
Click the dice icon in front of the item in your Inventory to reroll it. Alternately, you can click the button in a different player's lobby and select "Reroll". After rerolling the item, it will disappear from your inventory.
Rerolls can be purchased as well as other items in-game from Sagbe the in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be redeemed for a variety items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
These rerolls can be useful at the beginning of the game, when you are building your inventory. However, they are not the best way to boost your character's stats. You should instead focus on gaining more skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing event levels.
You can also reroll your character's race using a race reroll token, which can be purchased through the Zen Market. This token lets you change your race at any time and is redeemable through specific packs or through the Token Shop. It can also be redeemed as a reward when you complete Meg's cases during the Port Sarim invasion event.
Leveling
Leveling up an item during an upgrade process boosts its power level and stats. However it increases the cost of upgrades and requires an amount of materials to complete the process. The type of material required depends on the item. Weapons, for example, utilize a combination of Destruction Stones (DS) and Guardian Stones. Armor is made up of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. The addition of additional materials could increase the likelihood of success, but it's not a guaranteed outcome.
The leveling process is calculated by using a formula that determines the amount of damage, magic attack (magic weapons), and defense an upgraded item will receive when it is upgraded to the next level. The formulas are different based on the type of weapon and rarity. In addition, there is an upper limit for each kind of weapon.
When the item reaches its highest level at which point the NPC will show an Upgrade option that allows the player to use the item to gain experience and upgrade it to the next level. To maximize this process, it is essential to make sure their gear has reached its maximum level prior to upgrading. This way, they'll avoid wasting experience and materials that would have been better spent on other upgrades.
The NPC will display two lines while the upgrade is underway. The first line shows the number of Tech Points the upgrade will give, while the second displays a preview of what the item will look like at its upgraded state. The preview will not be exact for items that have mods, but it can provide an idea of what you can expect.
The NPC will also display the cost of upgrading the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. It will also show the price of an Accelerator if you own one. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They increase the Tech Points gained from an upgrade by 50 percent. However, this bonus does not affect the item's Quality Chance which is reset when the item reaches its target level.
The Upgrade NPC also offers an option to transfer gear. The Upgrade NPC will offer a gear transfer service. This lets players save their experience and upgrade progress on a piece of equipment and transfer it to a new item that is in the same slot. This is useful for players who want to upgrade their gear but do not have enough money to purchase a new set.
